Your Contribution to Farmland Preservation Saves the Places People Love & Strengthen Land Conservation
We utilize volunteers and a small number of staff to provide our service. With no office overhead cost to sustain, almost 100% of contributions are used to provide staff support to landowners working through the process of creating a conservation easement and to fulfill our commitment to enforce our conservation easements in perpetuity. We rely on the financial support of people who share our passion for farmland preservation, protecting wetlands, woodlands, and family farms to provide this unique service to land owners across the state of Indiana.
Direct contributions are used to pay for our daily work with landowners and conservation easements. An additional option to consider is a contribution to the Wood-Land-Lakes endowment fund established at the Steuben County Community Foundation. We encourage this option if you are considering a gift through your estate or desire to contribute to a fund that is designed to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization and our work.
