The Noble County Convention &
Visitors Bureau
began as a group of volunteers who formed the Noble County Conservation
Tourism Committee under Wood-Land-Lakes' wing in April 2001. The group
addressed the lack of support for local, county-wide tourism in the
community. The committee brought together the tourism-based businesses of
Noble County and we assisted the group in becoming an independent
not-for-profit organization. Their mission is to promote and share
attractions in Noble County, Indiana.
Noble County Visitors Bureau has Moved and Settled In! The
Visitors Bureau has completed its move into the "Little Log Cabin"
(shown above) located at 2010 W. North Street, Kendallville, IN. The new
location situates the Visitors Bureau on the north side of historic U.S.
Route 6 just one mile west of Kendallville. Not only is the log cabin
unique and 'eye-catching', but is in perfect harmony with the Visitors
Bureau's slogan: NATURAL. NOSTALGIC. NOBLE. Come and
see the Visitors Bureau's new office.
In addition to doubling office space, the Visitors Bureau gains a loft
area, perfect for board meetings, special project workspace, and small
gatherings. The covered front porch features a weather-resistant,
covered brochure boxes enabling visitors to pick up maps, lake information,
accommodations listings, and festival information even when the office
is closed.
