web site. Wood-Land-Lakes RC&D is very active in the areas of
education, energy, farmland protection, forestry, land, rural community
development, water, and information exchange resource. As you can
imagine, this diverse agenda can place a financial strain on any
organization. We are able to provide for these services because
concerned and interested citizens get involved, both physically and
monetarily. Some of our funding comes from grants, but your
monetary contribution will help us continue, expand, and create
programs.
Please consider a gift to
Wood-Land-Lakes. Your gift will continue to enhance our rural
communities by supporting activities and projects improving our area’s
environmental, economic, and social well-being. Local citizen volunteers
and donors are a primary source of funding for Wood-Land-Lakes projects
and activities.

an outdoor, nature loving person than to contribute to an organization
that will help improve the natural environment that he or she holds so
dear! We will publish your name and the person you are honoring in
our quarterly newsletter as well as notify the honoree or family of your
donation.
Wood-Land-Lakes RC&D is a 501(c)(3)
organization – donations are tax deductible. Also, if you are 70˝ or
older and have an IRA, you may give up to $100,000 of that IRA without
incurring income tax. See current IRS tax laws or your tax preparer for
